General Responsibilities
-Researches industries to develop new markets or analysis current markets
-Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with our services
-Communicates with customers via phone calls, texts, and emails
-Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary
-Updates contact information of customers
-Arranges meeting with customers and sales team
-Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports, generating invoices, presenting sales team with necessary documents, etc.
-Manages Accounting Receivables and Accounting Payables
-Operates inbound and outbound transactions on a daily basis
-Answers warehousing services and inquiries to potential and existing customers
Qualifications
-Basic computer skills
-Great verbal and written English communication skills
-Great verbal and written Chinese communications skills preferred(Not necessary)
-Basic driving skills
