General Responsibilities
A Brief Job Description:
1. Inspect food production areas both in process component packaging as well as finished products
2. Conduct temperature checks on refrigeration
3. Perform administrative duties assisting in managing retained documentation
4. Conduct food risk assessments and environmental surface test
5. Assist the Hygiene Supervisor in filing HACCP documentation as needed
