General Responsibilities
-Assist senior designers in creating design concepts and prototypes.
-Conduct market research and trend analysis to support design projects.
-Collaborate with the production team to ensure design feasibility and quality standards.
-Prepare design presentations and materials for internal and client meetings.
-Maintain and organize design files, materials, and resources.
-Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
-Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
-Major in Fashion Design or related field.
-Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
-Strong understanding of garment construction and textile properties.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Creative problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
