General Responsibilities
1. Collaborate closely with the Order Fulfillment and Customer Service teams to ensure prompt processing of e-commerce orders and returns. Responsibilities include printing shipping invoices, generating shipping labels, and communicating with customers via phone, email, or messages.
2. Oversee the development and maintenance of online stores by monitoring daily website activity and overall performance.
3. Optimize product listings and content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
4. Coordinate with other departments such as product management, sales, and graphics to update content across e-commerce platforms.
5. Process B2B and B2C orders daily, from receiving inventory to final outbound shipping. Tasks include picking orders for shipment, conducting regular physical inventory counts and reconciliations, and organizing and maintaining inventory records.
Qualifications
-Basic computer skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-Strong communication skills, positive attitude, adaptability, and interpersonal skills are essential.
