• Promote BTI’s Mission, Vision, and Values • Develop a marketing communication plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics • Manage BTI’s reputation by collecting, analyzing, and communicating reputation data from workplace review websites • Respond to reviews on workplace review websites • Perform market research and report results to inform leaders of current trend and sales support through sales meetings, materials, and presentations • Manage Customer/client relationships by building communicating with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided by the company, and any challenges are overcome • Review and manage new, existing, and terminated contracts • Manage social media focusing on increasing and maintaining brand reputation and awareness
