As a Visual Merchandising Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing and effective store displays, product presentations, and floor plans across various departments, including hair care, skincare, cosmetics, accessories, general merchandise, and food. You will collaborate closely with the purchasing team to ensure that the space, design, and marketing strategies align with sales goals and product availability. 1. Store Display Design: – Develop creative and strategic store display concepts for various departments that align with the company’s brand and marketing objectives. – Design and execute window displays, in-store displays, and promotional setups to captivate customer interest and drive sales. 2. Product Display Design: – Plan and create product displays for hair care, skincare, cosmetics, accessories, and general merchandise that highlight key features and benefits. – Utilize various merchandising techniques to optimize product placement and maximize visibility. 3. Food Section Displays: – Design and implement engaging and practical displays for the food area, ensuring a seamless and inviting shopping experience. – Coordinate with the food team to highlight new products, promotions, and seasonal items. 4. Floor Plans: – Design and optimize store layouts to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience across all departments. – Analyze traffic patterns and customer behavior to create efficient and effective floor plans. 5. Color, Lighting, and Displays: – Select appropriate color schemes, lighting, and display elements to enhance the overall aesthetic and appeal of the store. – Ensure that all visual elements are cohesive and contribute to the overall brand identity. 6. Technology Integration: – Incorporate digital displays, interactive elements, and other technologies to create engaging and innovative shopping experiences. – Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in visual merchandising. 7. Brand Collaboration: – Work closely with various brands to understand their marketing needs and develop customized visual merchandising solutions. – Design marketing elements that align with brand guidelines and effectively promote products. 8. Increase Sales: – Analyze sales data and customer feedback to continuously improve visual merchandising strategies. – Implement changes and enhancements to displays based on performance metrics to drive sales. 9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: – Collaborate with the marketing, sales, operations, and purchasing teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all visual merchandising efforts. – Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for materials and installations. 10. Purchasing Team Collaboration: – Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure that new product orders align with available space, design plans, and marketing strategies. – Provide input on product selection based on display feasibility and sales potential.

-Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. -Proven experience in visual merchandising or a similar role within the retail industry. -Strong understanding of visual design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangements. -Understanding of CAD files and ability to modify them or use similar programs. -Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite -Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -Ability to think creatively and strategically. -Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. -Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
