General Responsibilities
• Tracking inventory: Using systems to monitor how inventory moves through the supply chain
and ensure the right amount of stock is available to meet customer demand
• Purchasing and replenishing: Ordering products at the right time
• Optimizing warehouse and storage: Ensuring the layout of the warehouse allows for quick
access to inventory
• Managing inventory storage space: Ensuring shipments are accurate and controlling the flow
of supplies and equipment
• Maintaining records: Keeping daily records for invoices and shipments
• Other warehouse management related duties
Qualifications
- Capable of speaking and writing in English
- Knowledge on operation & HR
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
