General Responsibilities
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to merchants and sales representatives via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Assist merchants and sales representatives with inquiries related to billing, account management, and product/service information.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to established department response standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
