General Responsibilities
• Enter all information given and received into trouble ticket.
• Work with the team to complete ongoing projects and tasks.
• Advise and instruct end users on the necessary technology to achieve solutions
• Manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously.
• Train and develop training for end users on systems, applications, and technical processes.
• Technical support.
• Work directly with vendors for support issues.
• Report to issue our internal program bug/issue to our software 3rd party vendor.
• Troubleshooting basic software/hardware issues.
• Perform related work as required
• Carry out about 50 lbs network/computer/server equipment.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related IT field.
-Attention to detail and well organized.
-Experience with MS Office.
