General Responsibilities
• Daily Operations and documentation
• Data entry
• Customer service – Vendor/customer contact and shipping arrangements
• Ensure file contains all necessary document copies in proper sequence
• Make sure that all paperwork is completed in compliance with customs regulations

Qualifications
• Language Skills: English & Korean
• Major: International Trade, Business Administration,
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office (excel, word, pp, outlook)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to multi-task
• Well organized
• Spanish is plus
