• Liaise with clients and airlines in order to coordinate the routes
• Exports and import handling (freight loading and unloading)
• Customer service such as schedule outbound and inbound shipments
• Ensure all documentation (HWB, invoices), other related documents for both outbound shipments

Qualifications
• Computer proficiency (MS Office)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Positive attitude in work and relationship
• Ability to act and operate independently with minimal supervision from manager to accomplish
objectives
• Open mind and fast learner
• Bilingual (Fluent in English and Korean)
