We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Package Designer to join our team. This role will focus on revamping packaging designs and preparing sales and promotional materials, including banners and sell sheets. The designer will also be responsible for creating visually engaging content for social media and handling product rendering and photo shoots.

1. Redesign and revamp packaging designs to align with brand guidelines and market trends.
2. Create promotional materials such as banners, sell sheets, and point-of-sale displays to support sales efforts.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop eye-catching visuals for social media content, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
4. Produce high-quality product renderings to visualize packaging and promotional materials.
5. Organize and conduct product photo shoots, ensuring images are professional and accurately represent the product.
6. Ensure all designs meet production requirements and are optimized for print and digital use.
7. Work closely with the product development and sales teams to ensure packaging and promotional designs meet business objectives.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative design elements.

• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) and 3D rendering tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility in design and photography.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
